The sensitivity of SFC assay is increased by elevating temperature within the flow cell (A). Using the sequence of 100mcrL molybdate, 50mcrL sample and 50mcrL ascorbic  acid, and temperature of 40 C in the flow cell, two calibration ranges were investigated. With 25 seconds stop period, (B) the sampling frequency  was 90s/hr and with stop flow period of 30 seconds (C) the sampling frequency was 80s/hr. Note that the duplicate injections, in calibration run (C) could be  shown only for the BLANK run due to display limitation of the graphic package.
